Hitchcock is a Jersey City rapper, one half of the A-Team alongside Ransom, whose partnership placed them among the sharpest punchline duos on the New Jersey mixtape circuit of the early 2000s.

The A-Team were affiliates of DJ Clue's Desert Storm and released the Hardhood Classics mixtape trilogy before splitting around 2006.
In the A-Team era the duo was managed by Orlando Wharton — later a Capitol Music Group EVP and president of Priority Records — as part of his Presidential Crew.
