We are the editor of the archive and reserve the right to write, edit, update, correct, or remove any entry at our discretion, in keeping with our methodology.

All archive content is licensed under Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 (CC BY-SA 4.0). You are free to share and adapt it, with attribution to The Jersey City Sound and under the same license. The site's code is separately licensed under the MIT License.
Submissions§
When you send a suggestion, correction, photo, or other material, you grant The Jersey City Sound a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free right to use, edit, publish, and archive it as part of the record under CC BY-SA 4.0. You confirm that you have the right to share what you send and that, to your knowledge, it is accurate and does not infringe anyone's rights. Acceptable use§
