Mista Quietman (Antwan Anderson) is a Jersey City DJ, blend-tape producer, and remixer whose documented work runs from the city's 1990s mixtape era to today, and a key figure in preserving the scene's history online.

A member of the Brick Bandits, the club-music collective, he was by his own account among those who carried Baltimore club, and later Newark’s Brick City club — the sound that became Jersey club — across the Hudson into Hudson County.
His tape catalog, preserved in his personal archive, includes The Intimate Thoughts of Mista Quiet Man (Club Traxx), Mista Quiet Man's Birthday Bash, Now That's What I Call Blenden', and The Past Versus the Present Artist, with covers by the Harlem mixtape shop Pro Art and Jersey City's own Blaze-In-Arts.
The Club Traxx shout-outs are a primary document of the 1990s scene: he thanks the staff of Albert's, which he calls one of the hottest night clubs in Jersey City, naming Donald "Wiz" Davis, DJ Trever-D, and Wimpy-B, along with Omar X and Isaac of Supreme Production and the Friday nights at Mahogany's.
Through the late 2000s and 2010s he ran a prolific Jersey club CD series under the Jersey Club Kingz banner, mixing the club scene's producers, Jayhood, Sliink, Nadus, Taj, Frosty, Tim Dolla, and the rest, for the 201; the covers carry his own remixes, including a Crank Dat Rudeboy remix with DJ J-Money and his Tip Toe extended blend, a co hosted volume with Ms. Porsh, a tribute volume for Baltimore's K-Swift after her passing in 2008, and even a kids' edition of club edits.
He produced 'The 201 High School Anthem', a Jersey City rework of DJ Sliink's 'High School Anthem', calling out Lincoln, Ferris, Dickinson, and Snyder high schools -- a local anthem of the city's school-era DJ culture.
His SoundCloud catalog dating to 2012 includes Jersey club loops and club mixes such as “The Sharpbounce 2ktwelve” and “C4 Rock.”
He runs The Official Mista Quietman Channel on YouTube, where he has preserved the full upload of WizTV’s Jersey City DJ Documentary Vol. 1 (2006), making one of the most important documents in Jersey City mixtape-culture history accessible to the public.
He is listed as a supporter in the TTE Edits Bandcamp community, connecting the Jersey City scene to the wider Jersey club editing world.
His more recent work moves into house: his Bandcamp collects house remixes, among them a rework of the Blue Magic classic “Spell On My Mind” that, by his account, reached rotation on DJ Qua’s Friday show on WBLS.
