Mark Cee, also known as Nemo, is a Jersey City DJ and ghost producer who is one of the most influential behind-the-scenes figures in the city's mixtape scene, as documented in the 2006 WizTV documentary.

He is credited with schooling a generation of Jersey City DJs on the MPC, including DJ DX, making him a key link in the chain of music technology knowledge that passed through the scene.
He performed as half of the brother duo Double D alongside his brother Shannon, and his final mixtape (around 2000 to 2001) was distributed with the help of DJ BigTime.
