Champagne, also known as Miss Champagne, is a Jersey City hip-hop pioneer — by the scene's account one of the city's first female MCs and artist managers — and the director and editor of the Chill Town J.C. Hip-Hop Documentary.

In the 1980s she was, for a time, a member of the Chiba (Cha) Crew, and the scene credits management of the conscious-rap group Positively Black to "Youth Champagne."
Decades later she convened many of Chilltown's surviving pioneers on camera, producing the documentary that preserves the scene's first-person history.
