Claim and complete your entry

If you are the subject of an entry, or you speak for an act, a label or a venue in the record, you can correct it, add to it, supply a photograph, and link your current pages. Claims are verified against a public profile you control; the entry stays held to the same cite-or-cut standard as every other.

How it works

Send the form below. The archive checks that the profile you link belongs to you (a message from that account, or a line on it pointing here, settles it), then publishes the corrections and additions it can source, credits you on the entry, and adds your links to the record card. Photographs are published with the credit you give and only with your permission. Nothing is published for calling yourself a legend; everything is published for what you verifiably did.

Every entry already has a shareable record card: the Share to Story button on your page makes an image sized for Instagram stories, with your entry number and name. Once your entry is complete, that is the one to post.
